The 11th International Conference on Sustainable Metallurgy and Advanced Materials (SMAM 2026) is scheduled to be held in Phuket Island, Thailand from July 24 to 26, 2026.
 

The conference focuses primarily on metallurgy, sustainable metallurgy, advanced materials science. The conference and the publications arising from it will trigger further related research and technological improvements in this important field.


In today’s rapidly evolving global landscape, sustainability has become central to the future of materials science and metallurgy. SMAM 2026 will focus on pioneering research and technologies that support eco-friendly material development, efficient recycling systems, renewable resource integration, and smarter manufacturing processes—all aimed at reducing environmental impact while advancing material performance. SMAM 2026 will focus on Sustainable Metallurgy Technology and Materials, now and in the future. Planned highlights of SMAM 2026 include:

  • Presentations of accepted academic and practitioner research papers; poster session; oral session

Publication

Papers submitted to SMAM 2026 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference. Selected and registered papers will be included in Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in major databases such as EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.
